Description:
Carbon steel gas shielded welding wire has excellent welding
process performance. The welding wire contains the highest
manganese content and has good anti-porosity and crack resistance.
Purpose:
Suitable for welding low carbon steel and some low alloy steel
structures with equivalent strength levels.
【GC·ER50-3】
Description:
Gas shielded welding wire has excellent welding process performance.
The weld bead is smooth, beautiful and has little spatter.
Purpose:
1. Welding of low carbon steel sheets.
2. Welding of low carbon steel parts with relatively thorough surface
treatment.
【GC·ER50-4】
Description:
The welding wire is welded using CO? or Ar+CO? 5%~20% gas protection, which has excellent welding process performance. Good shape in one go. When oxygen-enriched welding protection is used, the weld bead is exquisite and beautiful.
【GC·ER50-6】
Description:
The welding wire uses CO? gas protection for welding.
It is resistant to oxide scale on the surface of the base metal,
has strong oil stain resistance, and has low pore sensitivity.
Purpose:
1. Welding of various 500MPa tensile strength grade structural steel parts.
2. Welding of various 500MPa tensile strength grade plates and pipes.
【GC·ER50-6N】
Description:
GC·ER50-6N is an environmentally friendly non-copper-plated
gas-shielded solid-core welding wire. During the production process,
there is no pickling or copper-plating environmentally friendly process.
The outer layer of the welding wire is coated with an environmentally
friendly layer. Evaluation from four aspects including splash, smoke,
contact tip wear, and rust resistance performance, it can reach the
level of copper-plated welding wire of the same type.
Purpose:
Suitable for welding base metal with a strength level of 500MPa,
and can be used in steel structures, automobile manufacturing,
engineering machinery, bridges, pressure vessel manufacturing
and other industries.
【GC·ER50-Ti】
Description:
It can weld with high current, which improves the welding efficiency.
As the grains of the deposited metal are refined, its mechanical properties
such as tensile strength and yield strength are significantly optimized.
Purpose:
1. Welding of various 500MPa tensile strength grade structural steel
parts,thick plates, and thick pipelines.
2. High-speed welding of various base metals with a tensile strength
level of 500MPa.
