Description:
Low manganese and low silicon welding wire, matched with high manganese and silicon flux,
is not sensitive to rust on the base metal, has excellent weld bead formation and slag removal
performance, and is currently the most widely used submerged arc welding wire in China. Single or
bipolar, AC or DC welding is available.
Usage:
Used in conjunction with sintered flux 301 and 501, it can be used for high-speed welding and
filler welding of 420MPa tensile strength grade base materials.

Description:
Medium manganese and low silicon welding wire, matched with high manganese and silicon flux,
is not sensitive to rust on the base metal, and has excellent weld bead formation and slag removal

Description:

Usage:
In combination with sintered flux 101, it can be used for high-speed welding and filler
welding of 490MPa tensile strength grade base metal. It has very stable mechanical properties
of deposited metal.

Description:
The content of manganese and silicon is moderate. It matches the flux with low manganese
and silicon. It is not sensitive to rust on the base material. It has excellent weld bead formation
and slag removal performance and high welding efficiency.
Usage:
In combination with sintered flux 101, it can be used for high-speed welding and filling
welding of 420MPa tensile strength grade base metal. It is mostly used for welding of boilers,
pressure vessels, bridges, ships and other projects.
